March 31 Meeting Highlights

* We are developing a system to form Junior Bulldog Greeley/Evan recreational teams for early registration. Our goal is to have this process in place for the upcoming fall season.

* A new website designed for streamlined communication and sign-ups is currently in development. The budget for this project has been approved.

* The budget was reviewed and approved. Funds were allocated to sports programs that supported Junior Bulldogs in previous years, as determined by the previous leadership.

* A Junior Bulldog T-shirt has been designed and will be available for purchase at $15 later this week.

* We are actively collaborating with high school coaches to organize skill camps, with plans for baseball and Poms camps this summer.

* Background checks are required for all adults who want to volunteer coach - Greeley/Evans already require this. Junior Bulldogs will have a process if an adult is helping with a sports camp etc.

* Junior Bulldogs aims to increase involvement in school events. We will be attending the Resource Fair this week and participating in Bulldog Bash this fall.

* Our focus is on improving communication between coaches and families, which will require posting updates across multiple platforms, including Facebook and ParentSquare.
