April Meeting Highlights

We’ve got exciting updates and major momentum building!

Scholarships:

We awarded four $500 scholarships to incredible student-athletes: Brevon Doss, Maddy Baker, Janay Kravig, and Makayla Martinez! Huge thanks to Ms. Reece for recognizing them at Senior Awards Night on April 29!

T-Shirt Sales:

We sold over 75 shirts!! Shirts will be ready for pickup the week of May 5—volunteers needed to help distribute. Exact date for shirt pick-up will be announced.

Website Launch:

Our official website is now live! Big thanks to parent volunteer April Albrecht for designing it. Stay tuned for the link on Facebook!

Summer Camps Confirmed:

• Volleyball: July 31–Aug 1

• Poms: July 17–18

• Football: TBD

• Baseball: TBD

• Our goal is to have "save the dates" sent out this week, and official signs up by Mid-May (before school gets out)

Improving Communication & Outreach:

We’re focusing on better communicating with families about upcoming events and making sure the purpose of Junior Bulldogs is clearly shared across our University Schools community. We're excited to keep growing our presence!

Open Roles & Volunteers Needed:

We need a Public Relations Lead (flyers, social media, bulletin board design) and a Soccer Lead to support growing interest. Help is also needed for Bulldog Bash, Youth Nights, and camp registration.

Spotlight Our Students:

We’re planning social media highlights of our young athletes—parents, send us your pics!

Upcoming Events:

• Kindergarten Round-Up: May 12

• Bulldog Bash: August 5th, Planning in progress— volunteers needed

• Youth Night at the Baseball Field - May 1st at 4pm
