Alison Reece
President
I'm thrilled to step into the role of President of Junior Bulldogs and revitalize this incredible program. My goal is to create a strong sense of community for our youngest students, helping them feel connected to University Schools while building meaningful relationships. I want to provide opportunities for young athletes to develop fundamental sports skills through camps and programs while also fostering mentorship by connecting them with our older student-athletes. Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and be inspired by those who have walked the path before them—lessons that will shape them into confident, successful individuals both on and off the field.
Mother of twin 2nd grade Junior Bulldogs & Elementary School Counselor for University Schools. I work with Kindergarteners, 2nd and 4th grade students.
Janna Koehler
Vice President
Hi there! I’m a proud fourth grade teacher here at University, and I absolutely love being part of this amazing school community. I’m a mom to two awesome kids—a first grader and a second grader—plus I have three wonderful bonus children who all attended University as well. My husband is also a proud University alum! Our family has deep roots here, and we’ve always been big believers in the power of sports to build character, teamwork, and lasting friendships.
In fact, our connection to Junior Bulldogs goes way back - our older kids were part of the program when it first started! That’s why I’m especially thrilled to be involved in Junior Bulldogs today. I’m passionate about helping every child feel like they belong, and I can’t wait to help grow a program that brings our community together through fun, sportsmanship, and spirit. Let’s go Bulldogs!

Though not originally from Greeley, Kate and her family have loved putting down roots here. She is deeply committed to fostering growth, connection, and community through sports and is excited to support and strengthen that culture within University!
