    2. 4 scholarships available ($500 each)

    1. Board of Governors Presentation

    4. Kindergarten Round-Up

      3. Goal to get coach interest for incoming Kindergartners 

  4. Program Updates

    1. Wrestling Club

      1. Relaunched December 2025 after club was dismantled in 2024-2025 season

      2. Head Coach: Brendan Gonzales (volunteer): incredible coach who led a team of 8 other volunteer coaches to make this season successful! 

      3. 36 wrestlers (K–5)

      4. $60 per participant

      5. Expenses: 

        1. Team t-shirts: $559.72 

        2. Coach startup costs: $290

        3. ~$1,310 remaining (pending reimbursements to coaches for USA wrestling cards)

          1. Money will be applied to help prepare for 2026-2027 season

      6. 3 tournaments (Eaton, Wiggins, Kersey) with many wrestlers from the club participating

      7. Future Consideration:

        1. Potential Tournament (2026–2027) similar to ones run previously

        2. Could generate significant funds either for HS Wrestling Team or Junior Bulldogs organization

        3. Requires strong HS and parent volunteer support

        4. To discuss August/September

  5. Budget Update

    1. Current balance: ~$4,000 (after scholarships and wrestling allocations)

  6. New Ideas & Requests

    1. Volunteer Appreciation Video

      1. Request for support sent to David Jones

      2. Concept: Short thank-you video with kid interviews + photos with the goal of appreciating coaches & encourage future volunteers

    2. Community Event: Swim Night

      1. Explore partnership with local pool

      2. Goals: Community building, fun and family engagement

      3. Working on pricing, date

      4. Location: Kelly Farms Pool 

      5. Vote: yes to have

  7. Fundraising

    1. Spring Auction Baskets

      1. 100% of funds go to designated USPTO accounts

      2. Guidelines:

        1. Up to 3 baskets per group

        2. Deadline: May 8

        3. Submit via Google Form

        4. Vote: yes to create a basket

    2. Potential for Fundraiser Board or Committee Position

    3. Potential Idea for BreezeThru Carwash Fundraiser

  8. Looking Ahead

    1. Fall Rec Sign-Ups (planning needed)

      1. Coaches needed for flag football, soccer, volleyball

      2. Potential interest in creating a 5/6th grade Bulldogs Tackle Football Team through local organization

        1. Would need volunteer coaches and research to determine league
